Since the discovery of the first confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia in late February, the epidemic in Iran has not been optimistic, and the lives of Iranian people have also been greatly affected. At such a difficult time, a piano teacher Ramiz Chamanchi of Tehran used his professional expertise to help the children regain their joy and brought a little warmth to the people shrouded by the epidemic.

Ramiz Chamanchi is a piano teacher in Tehran. He founded a Piano Academy three years ago. Before the outbreak, he had nearly 50 students from all over the world. The outbreak of the new crown epidemic changed all this, and the piano class that was originally full of laughter was forced to close. In order not to delay the children's learning progress, Chamanchi decided to switch to online courses.

Piano teacher Chamanchi: Due to the outbreak of the new coronary pneumonia, we had to switch to online courses, but 70% of students suspended piano lessons. Some people are worried about being infected, some are due to financial problems, and some are due to poor network conditions at home.

The significant reduction in the number of students has caused great difficulty in the operation of the entire Piano Academy, but Chamanchi said that as long as the students need it, the teachers will arrange the courses at any time, and they hope that the music can bring happiness to the students who are isolated at home.

Piano teacher Chamanchi: I tell all students that in this case, you do n’t have to pay to attend the class. As long as you want to take the class, we are willing to teach you whether you have the ability to pay or not. I hope that other teachers and I can use music to encourage students.

Among the students of Chamanchi, an Iranian boy Mahan, his situation is very special. Because the parents are medical staff, the father is a doctor in a hospital in Tehran, and the mother Dadwar has been fighting in the Qom hospital, which is the most serious in Iran, since the outbreak. Since the spread of the epidemic in February, Mahan ’s parents have little time to accompany their child and stay at home alone. This is the normal life of Mahan, who is only eight years old.

Piano student Mahan: My parents used to accompany me before the epidemic, but now there are very few and they are basically working. Although I feel sad, they are doctors and should go to work.

Even more unfortunately, the mother who was on the front line of the Qom epidemic was unfortunately infected with new coronary pneumonia during the rescue process. In order not to scare her son, her mother had been treated in isolation in the hospital without Mahan. Hearing this, Chamanchi offered to offer Mahan a video as long as he was alone at home, not only teaching him his favorite piano music, but also alleviating his parents ’worry about their child.

Mahan ’s mother Dadwar: In these days, music plays a vital role in the lives of children.

Station reporter Ni Zihui: Since the outbreak, many medical staff like Mahan ’s parents have dedicated their time to the patients, but similarly, there are also many people like Chamanchi who use their professional expertise to help others. . The virus is terrible, but it cannot hinder the communication and care between people. It is under the epidemic that such mutual aid and mutual love are even more precious.
